Pub/sub for RSS Updates

It is getting time for the Newswire beta to become ready. More frequently people (Dan, Sam) are talking about a more scalable and robust delivery of updates to blogs and other news sources. This is exactly what what Newswire is designed to do, complete with publisher/message verification, proximity routing, survivability under load or network failure, etc. It is also getting time for us to start thinking hard about an interface that MT and other blog systems can use.
