a litte bit of late night
This is 1:30 am in the hotel bar. Adam has gone upstairs to watch Saturday Night Live, Halley chickened out long ago but she has a 9 am session to run so she was excused. Debbie was next to leave and after that everybody else left. Doc was the last to go. Leaving me of course. :-)
I'll write later about what my evaluation of this conference is but for me the highlights of this day were meeting Halley (instant love); talking more to Adam, and reconnecting to Matt Welsh (not blogger related) who has taken a professor position here at Harvard. For me Matt has been one of the truly bright, positive minds in Operating Systems so I am really happy he is doing well.
