Amazon & DVD rental

Remember that about two months ago Reed Hastings, Netflix CEO, said that he heard rumors that Amazon was going into the DVD rental business? Well that was true, although not exactly the way he predicted it was going to happen: Amazon has launched DVD rentals in the UK. It is offered via Amazon.co.uk and IMDB.co.uk
